General Information for all rentals with Let's Jump Rentals and Lone Star Events:

Let's Jump Rentals accept cash and credit cards. NO PERSONAL CHECKS (business checks are OK). If paying with cash, please note that our driver’s don´t carry change. Payment is due before we set up the equipment. We will not set up until payment has been made. For orders that want to pay with the credit card we have on file, we will run the credit cards the week of your event.

Let's Jump Rentals can set up on most surfaces but not rocks of any kind, we will also not set up on sand or dirt. Please call us if you are unsure.

Let's Jump Rentals would like to stake down all inflatable units for safety, but we can bring sandbags for parking lot or indoor set up.

We will call you the week of your event to confirm delivery details (we sometimes have to arrive very early to get all of the deliveries out on time, but we do not charge for the extra time). We will need a 3-hour window for delivery times. Please call as early as possible if you need to cancel for weather or any other reason. Once we have set up, we do not give refunds for any reason including weather. Please see the FAQ and Policies pages on our web site.


Deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of the booking. If the rental is canceled for any reason, be it ours, yours or the weather your deposit is non-refundable. The deposit can be used towards a future rental for up to one year from the date of the original rental.

For Sno-Cone rentals we DO NOT supply ice.

Please mark all water, power, and gas lines. Let's Jump is not responsible if any lines are hit when we secure any equipment. This includes sprinkler lines. If you don't know where they are then neither will we. We do not fix sprinkler lines, please mark them if possible. CALL 811 for utility lines.

For orders other than schools, churches, and city events we must have a credit card on file with your non-refundable deposit. Any reservation without a deposit is subject to cancelation prior to the delivery date.

DO NOT get the inflatables wet other than water inflatables. Any inflatables that gets wet during your rental will be charged $100 per inflatable. This does not include rain. For tent rentals. Any set up parking lots or ground we cannot drive stakes into we will need to use water barrels to secure the tent to the ground. We will need access to a water source. 

Water Slide Rentals: DO NOT TURN THE WATER ALL THE UP. Water slides only need a small amount of water pressure. More water is not better and may cause the slide not to work properly.

Please call our office if you have stairs or a tiered backyard, so we can discuss setup options.

Table rentals -- Our tables are from our rental fleet. They are used NOT NEW. They work fine but they need linens or covers. We rent linens in all colors and sizes, if you would like to rent them from us, please respond to this email or call/text the office (817-753-6650). Again, any table rental will need a table cover.

We want your party to go as smoothly as possible. Please call if you have any questions. If you have an issue with your rental please call your driver first, then call, text, or email the office. We check voicemails, texts, and emails regularly throughout the day and after hours, including weekends.
